Refund & Cancellations Policy

Course Cancellation or Provider Default

If the RTO cancels a course or is unable to deliver the course as agreed, students will be offered one of the following options: 

  • A full refund of all fees paid for services not delivered, or
  • A transfer to an alternative course date at no additional cost. 

If a course is postponed by more than four (4) weeks from the originally scheduled start date, students may choose to receive a full refund.

Student Withdrawal or Cancellation Prior to Course Commencement 

Students who wish to withdraw or cancel from a course before it begins must notify the administration office: Refund entitlements are as follows: 

  • Full refund — if notification is received at least five (5) working days prior to the scheduled course start date.
  • 50% refund — if notification is received within five (5) working days of the scheduled course start date.

Online Course

If you cancel your booking and do not proceed with the training course, a full refund of the course fees will be provided if you have not logged into the online Student Portal or accessed any course materials.

Course Transfers 

  • Students may request to transfer their enrolment to a later course date. Transfer conditions are as follows:
  • Transfers requested at least five (5) working days before the scheduled course start date will be permitted without loss of fees.
  • Transfers requested within five (5) working days of the scheduled start date will be treated as a withdrawal or cancellation, and 50% of the course fee will be forfeited.
  • Any remaining fees after deduction (if applicable) will be transferred to the next available course date.
  • Students are permitted one (1) transfer only.

Administration Fees 

An administration fee of $50 + GST applies to withdrawals, cancellations, changes, or transfers, where applicable and as outlined at enrolment.

 No Refund After Course Commencement 

Once a course has commenced, no refunds will be issued for student withdrawals, regardless of participation or completion except where the RTO is unable to continue delivery of the course as agreed.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days of written confirmation of approval. 
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method originally used, unless otherwise required by law.
