Enrolment and payment Terms and Conditions

To ensure that your enrolment is confirmed in the course, please forward the completed and signed enrolment form along with the full payment at least 5 working days prior to the course date via fax 1300 301 606, email to  enrolments@testandtagtraining.com.au, or post to 8 Mosrael Place, Rowville, Victoria 3178.

Payment can be made via credit card, cheque or electronic funds transfer (EFT) and must be paid prior to the commencement of the course,

Test & Tag Training Policies and Procedures

ExelTrain provides details of all the relevant policies and procedures to each student prior to enrolment by providing them the Student Pre Enrolment Information kit that is available at our Student Information section. Student to ensure that they have read and understood these prior to enrolment.


Fees and Refunds (Withdraw, Cancel and Transfer)

In the event of the course being cancelled or postpone by more than 4 weeks, all fees will be refunded. To withdraw from a course prior to commencement and obtain a full refund, student needs to contact our administration office at lease five (5) working day prior to the start of the course. In the event of a withdrawal within five (5) working days prior to the start of the course, 50% of the course fee will be refunded. Students who wish to transfer their booking for a later course must do so at lease 5 days prior to their schedules course date; in this case course fees will be transferred to the next course. Students are only permitted to transfer on one occasions. An administration fee of $50+ (GST) may apply in case of withdrawal (cancellation and or transfer), application of these will be dealt with on a case by case basis. Please contact our head office for more information. No refund will be given for withdrawal after the course has commenced. For online course/s once the user has logged in, the course will be deemed as commenced and no refunds will apply.

Privacy Statement Information

EXELTrain trading as Test & Tag Training Pty Ltd RTO Number: 40604 would like to inform each enrolling student that as a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) we are required to collect personal details and information as per the regulatory and compliance requirements of the government departments and registering bodies so that we can comply with the required reporting requirements on date collection (Victorian VET Student Statistical Collection, AVETMISS (NCVER), USI and any other as applicable). Test & Tag Training Pty Ltd Trading as ExelTrain RTO Number: 40604 complies with Federal and State/Territory legislation, including The Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles (APP) and any subsequent amendments and will ensure that it will protect all student data that is collected by us as an RTO as per our records management policy to ensure privacy, accuracy and integrity.
